Load Driver Error #78766 — Driver Download Failed

The driver file was not downloaded correctly (empty or corrupted file after retry attempts).

Steps to Resolve

1. 1Enable a VPN and retry — your ISP or corporate/school network may be blocking the connection to our servers.
2. 2Temporarily disable your antivirus and add the loader folder to its exclusions list, then retry the download.
3. 3If the download still fails, wait a few minutes and try again in case of temporary server instability.

Open a Support Ticket

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the error plus the logs collected with the System Diagnostics Tool, Option 3 (Copy System Logs).
