Load Driver Error #58765 — Driver Failed

The driver was loaded, but failed during the initialization process. The loader will also display a secondary code in the format #58765|0x[CODE].

Steps to Resolve

1. 1Go through all the checks on the Driver Errors page before proceeding.
2. 2Check that your Windows version is supported on the System Requirements page.
3. 3Make note of the full error code shown by the loader (e.g. #58765|0xC0000034) — you will need to include it in your ticket.

Open a Support Ticket

This error almost always requires support. Open a ticket and include the full error code shown by the loader (e.g. #58765|0xC0000034) and the logs collected with the System Diagnostics Tool, Option 3 (Copy System Logs).
