Open a Support Ticket
If you have followed the relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue is not resolved, open a support ticket on our Discord server. Support is provided exclusively through tickets — do not message staff directly.
Joining the Server
If you are not already a member, join using the invite link in your purchase confirmation or use the widget on the Welcome page.
Opening a Ticket
- 1Once inside the server, go to the #open-ticket channel.
- 2Click the button to create a new ticket.
- 3A private channel will open between you and the support team.
Finding Your Log Files
Always attach the relevant log files to your ticket. Do not paste their contents as text - attach the files directly.
Recommended Method: System Diagnostics
Use the System Diagnostics tool and run Option 3 (Copy System Logs) before opening your ticket.
This is the fastest way to collect the correct logs for Staff analysis.
Driver Errors
If your issue involves a driver error (e.g. a Load Driver Error or a blue screen), use Option 3 (Copy System Logs) in the System Diagnostics tool and attach the copied files to your ticket.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Providing complete information upfront avoids delays. Always include:
- Product name — which cheat or product you purchased.
- Game name and launcher — the game you were trying to run and how you launch it (e.g. Steam, EA App).
- Windows version — open
winverin the Start menu and take a screenshot. - Error message — the exact error code or message shown by the loader (e.g.
Load Driver Error #58765|0xC0000034). - Screenshot — a screenshot of the loader showing the error.
- Log files — use the System Diagnostics tool, run Option 3 (Copy System Logs), and attach the copied files. See Finding Your Log Files above.
- Whether Rivatuner is running as administrator — if your product requires Rivatuner, confirm it was open and running as admin.
- Whether you completed the full setup guide — confirm each step was followed in order.
- Any recent changes — Windows updates, driver updates, antivirus changes, or new software installed before the issue started.
Tips for Faster Support
- Open one ticket per issue. Do not open multiple tickets for the same problem.
- Do not close your ticket while waiting for a response.
- Reply in your ticket with any new information you find while waiting — this helps support resolve your issue faster.
