Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product does not function as described after following the setup guide
  • You receive a ban that is directly and verifiably caused by our product
  • The product is unavailable or down for an extended period without resolution
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the license key

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after the license key was delivered and used
  • You were banned due to your own behavior unrelated to our product (e.g., verbal abuse, stream sniping)
  • You failed to follow the setup guide or system requirements
  • More than 72 hours have passed since purchase without contacting support
  • The product was working and you simply no longer want it

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/vmxsoftware with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

4. License Deactivation

Once a refund is processed and approved, your license key will be permanently deactivated and access to the product will be revoked immediately.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method and provider.
