End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

VMX Cheats ("Licensor") grants you ("End User") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased software product solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your license key to any third party
• Use the software on more than one device simultaneously without explicit written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software
• Use the software for any commercial purpose or for any public display

3. Intellectual Property

The software and all copies thereof are proprietary to VMX Cheats and title thereto remains in VMX Cheats. All rights in the software not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to VMX Cheats.

4. Updates & Maintenance

VMX Cheats may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the software at its discretion. Such updates may be required to continue using the software. VMX Cheats is not obligated to provide any updates or support beyond what is described at the time of purchase.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession. VMX Cheats reserves the right to remotely deactivate your license key upon breach of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VMX CHEATS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM DETECTION BY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VMX CHEATS OR AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAME ACCOUNT BANS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and VMX Cheats with respect to the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
